full kitchen normal size fridge breakfast buffet
The room had a full kitchen with a normal-size fridge. Utensils were provided, including a pantry. The hotel offered one of the best breakfast buffets I have ever experienced. It went beyond the typical continental options.

daily change good breakfast friendly staff elevator issue long wait frustrating experience
the breakfast was good. i liked how it changed each day . location worked for seeing the sites. the staff was friendly and superb.
the elevators hardly work. they sometimes skip floors or dont come at all. i had to wait with a long line of guests. the wait was frustrating on the 27th floor.

the room had a kitchenette with a full-sized fridge. cookware and dishes were available. i liked the toiletries provided.
the hotel had few elevators. waiting took a long time. upon arrival, i had to pay an extra deposit that wasn't mentioned online.

AMAZING stay!
free bikes spacious facilities plentiful breakfast friendly staff
The location was great, and the free bikes were SUPER for exploring! The facilities were spacious and comfortable! Breakfast was plentiful. The unexpected happy hour offered drinks and snacks from Monday to Thursday! Coffee in the room was also good, what a treat! The staff was friendly and accommodating, I was impressed.
The wait for a lift was long! I waited a lot for access to a lift, that's the only thing i didnt like.

The breakfast area offered a variety of options, including hot and cold dishes, from 6:30 AM to 10:00 AM on weekdays. The happy hour provided complimentary snacks and drinks, it was available from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Thursday.

The fitness center included treadmills, elliptical machines, and free weights. It was open 24/7, so i could workout at any time! There was also a business center. It provided computers and printers.

The hotel is near several subway stations, giving easy access to different parts of the city. Many restaurants and shops are within walking distance. It was very convenient!
